$1000 = Happiness?

What happens when everyone wants to change their jobs (i.e their life because we spend 80% of time there).. What really fuels this phenomenon?

Happiness is one of the major factors that people want from their lives. Its not always about money or bosses or company culture as such. I know of people who are working not because they are happy but because they think their families will be secured with their monthly gratitude and they derive happiness out of that. A crappy boss to deal with along with amazing traffic leads everyone to a tipping point but somehow we balance ourselves and hold on so desperately to our jobs. Short term recession will kick out our long term plans is the mental projection that creates a fog on a clear road ahead.

The more and more people I meet with I have realized that everyone has priorities and basis their priority is linked their happiness quotient. In summer rain is the best thing that can happen to the scorching heat but soon priorities will change for that as well cause of traffic infested roads.
I just hope we all realize that when we are long gone what we do for others to smile and tends to be remembered more than what we do for ourselves. The only way we can make others happy is first being happy ourselves.
